Data Entry Representative $20/hr - Immediate HIRE

Immediate Data Entry Opportunity

Immediate data entry openings opportunity to work with one of the largest independent medical examination companies in the area. Full-time opportunity with room for advancement. Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm Woodbury, NY $20/hr.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of data entry experience
• Microsoft Excel proficient
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and prepare source documents for data entry.
• Accurately enter both alphabetic and numeric data into the assigned system.
• Ensure data entered is free of errors by reviewing and correcting discrepancies.
• Follow company security and confidentiality procedures, especially regarding HIPAA regulations.
• Perform light office tasks such as filing, sorting, and proofreading as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
