Location: 1 Dixon Square, Chestertown, MD 21620 Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday Pay Range: $19 - $21 per hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Support both internal and external customers with professionalism and care
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle invoicing and accounts receivable functions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service concerns
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and continuous improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer services or administrative support preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
