Weekend Customer Service Representative

Pay: $13.00/hour Hours: 10-12 hours per weekend Schedule: Weekends + availability for after-hours events as needed

Are you friendly, reliable, and great at multitasking? We're looking for a Weekend Customer Service Representative to support our weekend programs and assist with after-hour events when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer telephone calls, provide accurate information, and/or forward calls to the appropriate staff
• Perform clerical tasks and public service duties as assigned
• Support the coordination and setup of weekend programs and events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous clerical or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
