Remote (work from home) $17/hr. + quarterly bonuses (average $700) Must live in IL, IN, MI, WI, MN, IA, MO, UT, NV, AZ, NM, ID, or WY

PrincePerelson is hiring for Customer Service Representatives to join a growing company who is known to provide a trustworthy and impact product to their customers. Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in a call center setting.
• Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
• Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
• Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively

What you'll do:

• You will handle customer inquiries via inbound calls
• You'll provide an amazing service to all customers with clear and accurate information.
• You will research unique inquiries to provide a resolution or escalate inquire if needed.
• You'll be responsible for following up with all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
• You will use internal resources to solve inquiries and keep customer notes in the company database.
