Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing prompt and professional support
• Assist clients with inquiries, complaints, and product or service information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems
• Process purchase orders
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and correspondence
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
• Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
• Strong communication skills and with a focus on building rapport with clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
• Experience with data entry, typing, and analysis skills required
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous outbound calling or sales experience is advantageous

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 - 42.0 per week
