Temporary Customer Service Representative

This role works with a team to ensure customer satisfaction, assisting in numerous projects with high client contact, always checking accuracy and integrity of our system.

Assignment Details:

  • This role will be hybrid, requiring some in-office days.
  • Up to 6-month assignment (could be shorter) – Full time hours
  • Hours are typical 8-5 M-F
  • Possible overtime hours required

Required Responsibilities:

  • Documenting customer information into our systems with exemplary attention to detail
  • Reaching out to customers via telephone
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction, displaying excellent retention skills
  • Working on projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Demonstrated professionalism communicating over the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • 2 or more years customer service experience with outstanding retention skills
  • Exposure to Microsoft Office
  • The annual hourly wage for this position is $22.00

General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of CRC Group:

All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of CRC Group offering the position. CRC Group offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan to teammates. Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and by full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays. Depending on the position and division, this job may also be eligible for restricted stock units, and/or a deferred compensation plan.
