We're looking for a Corporate Attorney. Join Entrust's growing legal team as a Corporate Attorney. Work closely with our dynamic Americas Sales teams to support revenue goals while managing risk, including negotiating complex technology and service agreements, training Sales on legal topics, and improving contracting processes for scalability. Independently manage a high volume of transactions, build strong cross-functional relationships, and develop in-depth knowledge of Entrust's technology to guide risk assessment. Support due diligence and integration for acquisitions and adopt a proactive, business-oriented approach to serving internal and external clients. We are looking for creative, collaborative and results-driven lawyers. This Corporate Attorney role will play a key part in partnering with Entrust's Americas Sales team and other members across the organization. For more information, visit www.entrust.com. Compensation range: The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $149,504-$219,272 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan.
