Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day client service and support
• Assist with meeting preparation and coordinate follow-ups
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests and inquiries
• Initiate and monitor service requests with custodians on behalf of clients
• Manage account openings, stock option exercises, cost basis research, and related tasks
• Maintain and update CRM records, contributing to quarter-end reporting
• Ensure precise execution of client service protocols

Requirements:

• 3+ years of wealth management experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with custodians like Schwab/TDA, Fidelity, Pershing
• Familiarity with Orion Advisor Technology is a plus
• Strong background in professional client service with excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling complex projects independently
