Business Ops Intern (AI Implementation) US - 2026

Internship Opportunity

Support the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to enhance client support and service delivery processes. This role will help identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within existing workflows, primarily leveraging Salesforce and related systems. The intern will collaborate with global teams and key stakeholders to deliver impactful AI-driven improvements.

• Evaluate current workflows and data structures within Salesforce and related repositories.

• Identify and recommend AI/ML use cases for support ticket deflection and process improvement.

• Analyze inbound support cases and propose technology solutions for automation and efficiency.

• Collaborate with Niki Dobbins, Surabh Mather, Evan Jardine, and global teams for implementation.

• Work independently while coordinating with a project manager for guidance.

• Practical experience implementing AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, copilots, or similar engines).

• Ability to analyze data structures and recommend realistic AI outcomes.

• Experience with data analysis and learning from past AI projects.

• Strong communication skills and comfort providing candid feedback.

Students Pursuing Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems / Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or AI in Business, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.
