Bilingual Human Resources Assistant (Part-Time)

Schedule: Part-time, onsite - Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We're currently seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant (Spanish/English) for a part-time role in Denver, CO (80238). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting HR operations in a friendly and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make phone calls to applicants and schedule interviews.
• Maintain and organize personnel files and HR documents.
• Assist with clerical HR functions such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Support recruiting activities and handle applicant inquiries.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related tasks.

Must-Haves

• Fluent in Spanish and conversational English.
• 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, or customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent phone communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
