Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Avionics Systems Service Engineer to join their team in Seal Beach, CA.
Position Overview:
As an Avionics Systems Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to assist airline customers in resolving real-time technical problems and issues for the 777 operators. This includes answering general systems functionality inquiries, resolving short to medium-term avionics-related problem reports, investigating long-term issues, and providing proactive fleet guidance. You will work with operators to recover Airplane on Ground (AOG) situations, which sometimes requires working over the phone to troubleshoot an airplane halfway around the world or being on onsite with the operator to return a grounded airplane back to revenue service. All of this is done using the latest Boeing tools, technology, data analytics, and real-time fleet monitoring data.
Boeing Customer Support operates on a 24/7/365 basis. Employees must be willing to work flexible hours and/or non-standard shifts to support our fleets. International and domestic travel may be required.

Summary Pay Range:
Associate (Level 2): $85,850 - $116,150 Experienced (Level 3): $102,850 - $139,150
