Qorvo's Applications Engineering Internships are offered in our Connect and Sensor business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment. Responsibilities may include:

  • Automating testing with RF instruments
  • Manually testing with RF instruments such as spectrum analyzer or network analyzer
  • Analyzing and summarizing data
  • Developing presentations based on data
  • Comparing performance characteristics of our parts to competitor parts
  • Simulating and designing RF networks
  • Creating marketing collateral including datasheets or application notes

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Minimum GPA of 3.3
  • Analog/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or other object-oriented language
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-Starter with good communication skills
  • Ability to summarize and present in an effective manner
  • Desire for a career related to RF Engineering

*This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.* *Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31.00/hr-$42.00/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location).* Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.
