Responsible for the planning, direction, and coordination of all aspects of the workforce and technical services across a high-acuity hospital. The role oversees a team across all shifts (24/7), supporting multiple operating rooms plus all "remote" procedural areas where anesthesia services are requested. The manager ensures safe, timely, high-quality, cost-effective technical support, equipment readiness, regulatory compliance, staff competency, recruitment/retention, and excellent interdepartmental and interdisciplinary coordination.
