The role involves performing a variety of administrative functions including scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, and taking dictation. You will compose memos, transcribe notes, research, and create presentations. Generating reports, handling multiple projects, and preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports are key responsibilities. Additionally, you may assist in compiling and developing the annual budget, requiring familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Creative problem-solving and leadership are essential as you may direct and lead the work of others.

Work Environment:
The position requires working from the office 5 days a week, with an 8-hour schedule provided. The work schedule is typically 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, subject to change based on business needs. This is a 6-month contract with a potential extension, contingent on business needs. The contractor is not required to work during official holidays, and exceptions to office attendance may be possible with prior confirmation from team leadership.
