Responsibilities for an Account Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Strategically reduce client churn and failure rates by standardizing best practices and building scalable operational processes
  • Drive revenue growth and platform engagement by increasing adoption of new features and products through structured outreach and vendor management
  • Develop strong partnerships with businesses in assigned areas or cities
  • Negotiate partnership terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Identify key business partners in the area to expand product or service offerings
  • Provide ongoing account support and engagement through calls, outreach campaigns, and structured communication plans
  • Work cross-functionally to improve internal processes and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with team members to share learnings, improve workflows, and enhance overall performance
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing business needs in a fast-paced environment

Candidates for Account Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, entrepreneurship, or consulting
  • Strong negotiation, pre-sales, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities (Mandarin, Spanish) are a plus
  • Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred (SQL is a plus)
