SAP's Project Manager (PM) is a trusted contributor in the delivery of SAP software and services, working closely with project managers and delivery leads to ensure successful execution. You'll have direct experience in project coordination, financial forecasting, and backlog management, while tracking and communicating key project metrics to both SAP and customer stakeholders. You are a key player in driving operational excellence and supporting the seamless delivery of customer engagements.
As a PM within the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting, you will be responsible to:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance, Project Management, or related. 2–3 years of corporate work experience working with SAP Enterprise, Industry, Platform, and SaaS Solutions, with exposure to third-party and partner technologies. Fast learner with a strong foundation in SAP technologies, project coordination, and delivery support, including tracking, reporting, and process improvement. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or comparable tools) with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset and experience managing data-driven reporting. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills; builds trust with stakeholders and adapts quickly to dynamic environments. Self-motivated team player who can also work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities with a customer-centric approach.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 70900 - 140200 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
