Responsible for start-ups, preventive maintenance, and repairs for Vertiv's UPS, batteries, and connectivity systems.
• Respond professionally to all assigned service calls on-call. • Read, understand, and comply with all established procedures. • Perform all work safely and in accordance with the safety policy. • Periodically ensure that spare parts are properly managed. • Keep the dispatchers team informed of your scheduled work and the status of all open work through the defined procedure. • Maintain the accuracy of customer information by reporting any detected errors. • Send the Service Request (SR) daily, punctually, correctly, and completely. • Keep the vehicle clean and properly maintained. • Report and promote any sales opportunity or improvement needed in a facility. • Attend client meetings when required. • Be the point of reference for key clients in case of emergency and problem resolution. • Ensure availability to work during weekends, nights, or outside regular hours according to local regulations and when necessary for service needs. • Be available for standby duties, consisting of being available to receive calls that may involve telephone attention and/or on-site attendance to address the incident, according to the response times agreed for each client. • Work closely with the coordinator to address daily operational issues. • Comply with ITC regulations at the user level. • Attend the required technical trainings both locally and at the factory. • Attend the required environmental trainings locally. • Know and comply with the obligations of waste producers established by current legislation regarding their handling, transportation, and storage until delivery to an authorized manager, as well as with the procedures, instructions, and action plans established by Vertiv Spain.
• Professional training of medium degree in electricity and electronics. • Office package handling • Excellent customer service skills. • Proactivity, ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively. • Valid driver's license. • Availability to work on-call, overtime, and travel according to service needs.
