 
                                                
                                            Responsible for the start-ups, preventive maintenance, and repairs for UPS, batteries, and connectivity systems of VERTIV. Participation is required to establish, promote, and maintain excellent relationships with all clients, commercial, distributors, and other agents in their area of operation. Maintain continuous communications with the dispatching team, as well as with coordinators, supervisors, and managers of the department. Responsible for the assigned spare parts. Ensure the execution of all controls prescribed by ITC regulations related to the international trade of Vertiv products, services, systems, and technologies whose composition has been produced wholly or partially in the United States. Follow and respect, in all its interventions, the environmental guidelines established by Vertiv Spain, and those that are particular to the customer facilities where the intervention is carried out.
Respond, in a professional manner, to all assigned service calls when on duty. Read, understand, and comply with all established procedures. Perform all work safely, and in accordance with the safety policy. Periodically ensure that spare parts are properly managed. Keep the dispatchers team informed of your scheduled works and the status of all open works through the defined procedure. Maintain the accuracy of customer information by reporting any detected errors. Send daily the Service Request (SR), in a timely, correct, and complete manner. Keep the vehicle clean and with proper maintenance. Report and promote any opportunity for sale or improvement that is necessary in an installation. Attend client meetings when required. Be the point of reference for key clients in case of emergency and problem resolution. Ensure availability to work during weekends, nights, or outside regular hours in accordance with local regulations and when necessary for service needs. Ensure availability for on-call duties, which consist of being available to receive calls that may involve telephone attention and/or on-site attendance to address the incident according to the agreed response times for each client. Work closely with the coordinator to address daily operational issues. Comply with ITC regulations at the user level. Attend the required technical trainings both locally and at the factory. Attend the required environmental trainings locally. Know and comply with the obligations of waste producers established by current legislation regarding their handling, transportation, and storage until delivery to an authorized manager, as well as with the procedures, instructions, and action plans established by Vertiv Spain.
Required qualifications:
Professional training of medium degree in electricity and electronics. Office package handling. Excellent customer service skills. Proactivity, ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license. Availability to perform on-call duties, overtime, and travel according to service needs.
