Technical Solution Engineer
Establish strong cooling solution competitiveness in high-density AI environments

Technical Solutioning
- Analyze customer requirements and design appropriate cooling solutions
- Develop thermal architecture for Data Centers (Hyperscale, Colocation, Enterprise)
- Evaluate and propose Air Cooling and Liquid Cooling solutions (CDU, In-Rack, In-Row, etc.)
- Support high-density environments (25kW to 100kW+ per rack)
Pre-Sales Support
- Lead technical responses for RFQ / RFP submissions
- Develop and execute technical bid strategies
- Deliver technical presentations to customers and partners
- Position solutions against competitors (e.g., Schneider, Delta, etc.)
Project & Design Support
- Collaborate with consultants, EPCs, and end-users during early design phases
- Perform cooling capacity calculations and system sizing
- Review layouts and system configurations (including redundancy and PUE considerations)
- Provide optimized solutions from a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) perspective
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, LTS, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Align with regional and global technical teams
- Support service-related proposals in collaboration with Service teams
Market & Technology Insight
- Monitor trends in AI, HPC, and Liquid Cooling technologies
- Track customer requirements and competitive landscape
- Identify opportunities for new technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Data Center, HVAC, or Cooling solutions
- Proven experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering
- Experience with Liquid Cooling or high-density environments is highly preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of HVAC and cooling system design
- Knowledge of CDU, Chillers, CRAH, CRAC, and related systems
- Ability to perform thermal calculations and use design tools
- Understanding of Data Center infrastructure (integrated Power & Cooling perspective)
Soft Skills
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- High ownership and execution speed
Language
- Korean (Native)
- English (Business proficiency)
