Sales Operations & Support Coordinator

Sales Operations & Support Coordinator I will provide administrative and documentary support to the Sales team, ensuring the correct management of commercial documents, contracts, customer requirements, and associated processes. This role is key to guaranteeing compliance, document traceability, and effective coordination between the Sales, Finance, Legal, Purchasing, and other internal departments.

The position is aimed at organized, detail-oriented individuals with a high capacity for follow-up, who enjoy working in collaborative environments with multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Complete and manage forms required by clients for registration and enabling the company as an approved supplier.
• Manage and follow up on commercial contracts until their signing, providing documentary support throughout the process.
• Prepare and send documentation required for bidding processes.
• Process, handle, and follow up on insurance policies and/or guarantees required by clients, including their issuance and payment.
• Manage, organize, and control client documentation, ensuring its correct update and availability.
• Provide support in the documentary management during internal or external audits.
• Create and follow up on purchase requisitions related to commercial services.
• Coordinate courier and messenger services to ensure the timely delivery of contracts and documents to clients.
• Coordinate and manage the collection of signatures required in commercial documents with legal representatives, based on client requests.
• Maintain constant communication with the Sales, Finance, Legal, and Purchasing departments to ensure alignment and compliance with processes.

Qualifications

• Technical training in administrative, commercial, or related areas (graduate or university student).
• No prior experience required.
• High attention to detail and organizational capacity.
• Ability to handle and control documentation.
• Good level of written and verbal communication in Spanish.
• Ability to follow up and meet deadlines.
• Service attitude and ease in collaborative work between different areas.
