Position Summary

This position will support the products during their life cycle, transfer the lesson learned collected in field.

The role requires intensive communication with the Product Line engineering and offering team. He/she will work with several stakeholders to capture high level requirements; feedback from other groups; acceptance criteria with the purpose of translating all of them into clear and executable test cases for the team.

Verify and ensure the optimal performance and reliability of the products.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical documentation for the region (LATAM) in accordance with the Product Line direction.
• Coordinate the activities in the region and provide necessary documentation to support the CO process.
• Assist the manufacturing team for the regionalization of the products in accordance with the Product Line direction.
• Work with service team on cases occurred in field.
• Eventually support the Application Engineer team with proper documentation.
• Follow test methodology, processes and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of test documentation.
• Analyze specific applications providing active support and service.
• Promote and maintain the highest possible environment of teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning and communication skills are required.
• Knowledge on mechanical components.
• Knowledge of PLM (Product Life Cycle management) and processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees within the region (LATAM) as well as across the regions.
• Good English language knowledge.
• Available for global travels for meetings and testing.

Education and Experiences

• University degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience. Shorter experiences may be evaluated based on the specific skills of the candidate.
• Experience in equivalent areas (e.g., Thermal Management solutions, Liquid cooling solutions, hot or cold aisles, Heat rejection technologies, High-efficiency HVAC systems designed for mission-critical environments) is a plus.
