Responsibilities:
Detect business opportunities within assigned accounts to provide solutions and services.
Manage strategic accounts and develop strategies to succeed.
Be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales in your segment and assigned accounts.
Be able to understand and offer the client a comprehensive solution based on the client's needs.
Knowledge and constant update of Vertiv's portfolio of products and services.
Maintain and update Vertiv's CRM platform in a timely and recurring manner.
Contact and visit clients to perform and increase the sale of new products and services within current clients.
Track and analyze compliance with objectives. (Sales); Generating long-term relationships with your clients that allow a healthy dependency of the client towards our solutions.
Update yourself with the market regarding possible solutions for clients, after detecting their needs.
Ensure compliance with agreements made with the client and increase sales.
Perform management reports and initial business plan.
Consolidate information to carry out the project.
Visualize future projects and the generation of demand.
Generate effective teamwork with different areas of the company, giving timely response to the client.
Work effectively with internal areas so that the client always receives a timely response to their needs.
Develop business and projects; and follow up on their closure.
Be an intermediary between the client and the company to ensure clarity in the client's requirements.
Maintain a close relationship with the client to position Vertiv as their first option.
Internally address the client's requirements (services, emergencies, etc.) with other departments to provide an easy and quick response to the client.
Qualifications:
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Between 4 to 7 years of experience in the field (sales).
Technical knowledge of the data center infrastructure, including electrical and thermal solutions.
Office package management: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Intermediate – advanced level).
Management of communication technology tools such as Outlook, Teams, Zoom and similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage projects effectively and efficiently.
Ability to forecast completion dates and willingness to meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
