Provides critical digital infrastructure, power, and thermal management solutions for data centers, communication networks, and industrial facilities worldwide.
Order Execution: Manage the entire order lifecycle. Verify pricing, Incoterms, and configurations against the ODM contracts before booking.
Logistics Coordination: Work directly with logistic team to arrange shipments to ODM manufacturing sites. Solve logistics bottlenecks to meet the customer's aggressive RDD.
Revenue Recognition: Ensure orders are shipped and invoiced correctly to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
2. Supply Chain & Factory Liaison
Production Tracking: Act as the "Internal Account Manager" within the factory. Join production meetings to track the status of open orders and prioritize critical allocation for ODM production runs.
Shortage Management: Proactively manage factory constraints. When shortages occur, negotiate with internal Planning teams to secure allocation for our key ODM accounts to prevent "Line Down" situations.
3. Customer Operations Interface
ODM Communication: Serve as the direct contact window for ODM Buyers and Material planner regarding order status, commit dates, and backlog reports.
Problem Resolution: Handle operational escalations such as Shortage Pull-ins, RMA, or shipping discrepancies directly with ODM teams.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of solid experience in Order Management, Project Coordination, or Supply Chain Planning, preferably working with system ODMs.
Hard Skills:
Strong knowledge of International Trade and ODM business models (Buy-Sell, Consignment).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is mandatory.
Proficiency in Excel for managing complex backlogs.
Language: Fluent in Mandarin and Business Level English.
