Sales Operations & Support Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Sales Operations & Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the sales team, marketing, logistics, service operations, HR, and other activities. This role is expected to interact professionally with a diverse group of external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize workload, and recommend changes in office practices or procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Handling and supporting sales activities and supporting all minor inquiries as inside sales for Firdaus
- Managing Vertiv Brunei office operations
- Facilitating and supporting HR, Marketing, and Admin activities
- Handling Sales Order processing
- Overseeing service inventory
- Coordinating and managing with BN Vertiv Distributor, Netcom
- Preparing quotations and Order Acknowledgement for distribution products
- Providing project support including:
- Assisting with project handovers
- Monitoring and reporting daily updates on project orders
- Conducting weekly meetings with project team ensuring alignment of orders and shipments
- Support the service team with handovers and order processing
- Support marketing initiatives and partners event
- Manage and oversee daily office operations, including:
- Coordinating weekly cleaning services
- Maintaining and replenishing office supplies
- Monitoring electricity usage
- Arranging minor repairs
- Monitor and track incoming deliveries and shipments from DHL and other postal couriers
- Respond to client calls and messages in a timely manner
- Submit monthly expense claims
- Liaise with external vendors for catalogue printing
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree Course (Ideally Business/Finance related courses)
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Possesses initiative and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Keen attention to details ensuring data integrity
- Excellent computer skills; proficient and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research abilities.
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint a plus
