- Trains new production employees on job positions
- Familiarizes operators with work procedures (assembly of systems and connection of individual components according to technical documentation)
- Assists with teaching electrical engineering subjects to students in dual education system
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of activities performed
- Reviews and improves work processes and procedures
- Regularly provides feedback to trained employees
- Participates in the selection of new employees
