Maintenance Manager
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
Facilitates corrective and preventive maintenance tasks of the company.
Diagnoses failures and defines and implements solutions and/or preventive measures.
Prepares reports of damage to facilities and assets for repair, maintenance, and accident prevention.
Analyzes production processes and recommends the purchase of adequate equipment and machinery, efficiency, profitability, and availability of spare parts.
Establishes work procedures and manages the tasks of maintenance personnel to ensure efficiency in their performance, both in the quality of the work performed and in the time invested.
Establishes inventory control systems for parts and spare parts to avoid leaks and shortages.
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Establishes systems for measuring the performance of machinery, equipment, and recommends changes, adjustments, or replacements.
Implements and suggests measures through dialogue with production that allow the maximum performance of machinery and equipment used in the conversion and manufacturing processes.
Ensures, analyzes, and improves MTTR & MTBF, TPM OEE, 5’s.
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least three years of maintenance experience required.
Extensive knowledge of pneumatics, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
