You're an ideal candidate if you have:
- Technical/Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong background in critical power, thermal management, or IT infrastructure
- Proven experience in service delivery or technical support
- Customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to grow and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Nordic language skills (Swedish/Danish) plus English
- Ability to travel within the Nordic region
