Global Power Services Lifecycle Services Product Manager
The Global Power Services Lifecycle Services Product Manager owns the strategy, development, and global deployment of lifecycle services for UPS systems, power distribution, and energy storage solutions. The role focuses on driving availability, safety, and risk mitigation outcomes for customers across the full asset lifecycle.
This role works closely with regional services teams, power product management, engineering, and digital teams to launch new service initiatives, standardize delivery, and maximize installed base service attachment.
Key Responsibilities
Service Strategy & Portfolio Ownership
- Define the global lifecycle services portfolio for power infrastructure
- Ensure offerings address customer needs around reliability, compliance, and uptime
- Own service scope, entitlements, and differentiation
Global Deployment & Execution Enablement
- Coordinate with regional services organizations to drive adoption and execution
- Develop standardized:
- SOWs
- SOPs
- Maintenance playbooks
- Support field readiness and execution consistency
New Service Development & Launch
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the power services portfolio
- Lead research, pilots, and global rollout of new services
- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure serviceability, safety, and digital instrumentation are embedded upstream
Pricing & Commercial Frameworks
- Develop value-based pricing aligned to risk reduction, uptime assurance, and lifecycle cost optimization
- Partner with Sales and Finance on margin targets and quoting guidance
Portfolio Performance Management
- Track adoption, attach rates, revenue realization, and customer outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement and portfolio simplification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 7–12+ years experience in power systems, services, or product management
- Strong understanding of UPS, power distribution, and critical power environments
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
