DET– Electrical Job Description
DET- Electrical Job Specifications:
- Training Program: Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn about UPS systems, their components, installation procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance protocols.
- Field Service Operations: Assisting experienced engineers to assist in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of UPS systems at customer sites.
- Troubleshooting: Learn to diagnose technical issues, identify faults, and implement effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted power supply for our clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, inventory usage, and equipment condition. Prepare service reports and documentation as per company guidelines.
- Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide guidance on the operation and maintenance of UPS systems.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to company safety protocols and industry regulations during all field service operations. Ensure personal and team compliance with safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering,
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and components.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in diverse environments.
