Develop, design, and test the backup power systems for telecommunications and data centers.
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time Investment Needed on Each:
Design and development of new products in NPD (New Product Development) team
Designing electrical components for power/back-up supply units for data centers and the telecommunications industry.
Preparing electrical drawings, block diagrams, and circuit schematics.
Developing technical documentation and list of materials for electrical components.
Preparation of test instructions for the designed products.
Implementing and managing engineering changes.
Participating in product/prototype verification tests and analyzing technical/design issues during testing.
Collaborating with mechanical designers, electrical design engineers, prototype workshops, and internal verification laboratories, working as part of a team.
Adheres to the procedures, rules, and principles of the integrated management system.
Works in compliance with international trade rules (ITC).
Contributes to the development and adherence to standards, focusing on key areas such as customer satisfaction, company culture, and a system of continuous improvement.
Within the continuous improvement system, submits improvement proposals in line with corporate objectives.
Respects environmental protection principles.
Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the electrical engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Additional/Preferred Qualifications:
English - Intermediate (B1) level.
Microsoft Excel – Advanced.
Microsoft Outlook – Advanced.
Microsoft Word – Advanced.
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
Ability to read technical documentation and experience in drawing circuit diagrams.
Experience with the use of measurement instruments.
