Prototype Testing Specialist

The Prototype Testing Specialist:

• Responsible for creating and testing prototypes, inspecting initial production pieces, and supporting the development of technical solutions. This role involves 3D CAD modeling, technical documentation, process testing for quality assurance, and collaboration with various departments. The ideal candidate has a technical background, proficiency in English and Czech, and experience in engineering or manufacturing.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

• Creating and testing prototypes and sample packaging.
• Inspecting the first manufactured pieces.
• Supporting the development of technical solutions: Collaborate with our team to design custom-made products according to catalog requirements.
• Processing orders and supporting specific customer solutions: Work on projects and deliver the best possible solutions to customers.
• 3D CAD modeling.
• Creating technical drawings and parts lists: Generate documentation based on CAD models, focusing on DIN standards and production.
• Cooperating with other departments.
• Preparing materials for First Article Inspection (FAI): Ensure our products meet all necessary norms and standards.
• Conducting process tests for quality assurance: Inspect and test production quality.
• Managing and maintaining updates for standard norms: Keep our standards and norms up to date.

Qualifications:

Required/ Minimum Qualifications:

• University or high school degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English: Ability to communicate and work in English.
• Proficiency in Czech: Ability to communicate and work in Czech.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Oracle experience is an advantage).
• Category B driving license.
• Experience in project management and A-CAD (CREO) is an advantage.
