Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics engineering fields.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in field service, preferably in power UPS. Experience with preventive & breakdown maintenance, service documentation, and customer interaction.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and electrical distribution.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions (e.g., Eastern UP, Nepal). Readiness for on-call support and urgent site visits.
