Job Title

Diploma/B'Tech – from Electronics/Electrical

Experience

Should have enough knowledge on UPS operational activities

Language

Malayalam, Hindi, English (Malayalam is must)

Operational Activities

a. Tracking calls, planning, align team on field, sharing update to customer and internal team

b. Customer and vendor meetings

c. Providing technical training to customer and partner team

d. Inventory management

e. Collecting approval from customer against job done to submit the invoice
