Brief Job Description: Be responsible for the planning, management, and continuous optimization of the magnetic levitation chiller product line. To work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, production, and other departments to drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to market launch, ensuring that the products meet market demands and maintain a competitive edge.
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time Investment Needed on Each: Develop product roadmaps and strategies for magnetic levitation chillers in alignment with market demands, technological trends, and company objectives. Conduct in-depth market research, gather customer feedback, and define product requirements and technical specifications. Collaborate with R&D, design, production, sales, and supply chain teams to drive product development processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and after-sales support, continuously improving product performance, quality, and customer experience. Perform market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring the product maintains a strong market position. Work with sales and marketing teams to develop marketing strategies, provide product training, and offer technical support and documentation. Maintain close communication with global teams and customers to ensure the product meets regional market needs and drive global market expansion.
Qualifications: Master's degree or above, preferably in Refrigeration Engineering, HVAC or related fields. Over 5 years of product management experience. Familiarity with oil free chiller and strong technical understanding and product planning skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluent in English, with a strong global perspective and communication capabilities. Strong market insight to quickly identify industry trends and customer needs. Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects efficiently and driving progress.
Physical & Environmental Demands: Work is performed mainly in the office. May require occasional travel to global offices and R&D centers, with support for flexible working arrangements.
