Oracle CPQ Developer

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle CPQ Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of Oracle CPQ solutions. This role requires deep expertise in CPQ commerce processes, BML scripting, system integrations, CRM platforms, and Oracle EBS Order Management. Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UX is preferred, as we transition to modern, user-centric design standards across our enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Oracle CPQ implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Design and implement advanced commerce flows using JET UI, BML, and Oracle Redwood design principles.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle CPQ and external systems such as Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, and Oracle EBS Order Management using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Build and manage product configurators, pricing logic, BOM structures, and document templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable CPQ solutions.
• Apply Oracle Redwood UX standards to enhance usability, accessibility, and consistency across CPQ interfaces.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to configuration logic, performance, and integrations.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to CPQ best practices and governance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines).
• Strong command of BML, BMQL, and CPQ Commerce and Configuration modules.
• Proven experience integrating CPQ with CRM and ERP systems, especially Oracle EBS.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Redwood UX and its application in enterprise development.
• Proficiency in web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, XML, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle CPQ Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience with visual configurators (e.g., CDS, Atlatl).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud and Redwood-native applications.
