Vertice was launched in 2022 to transform how companies manage their technology spend. Our agentic workflows, AI insights and expert buyers empower companies to buy smarter and scale faster, with Finance and Procurement leaders in over 30 countries worldwide trusting Vertice to manage their software purchases. In the software category alone, we have managed over $10bn in spend and have a track record of delivering 20% savings and halving procurement cycles.
Headquartered in London with offices across the world including New York, Brno, Sydney and Johannesburg, we're shaping the future of procurement on a global scale.
And we're just getting started. Founded by serial entrepreneurs Roy Tuvey and Eldar Tuvey, who have a track record of building two category-defining technology companies to exit, Vertice has seen a remarkable 13X revenue growth in two years. This trajectory earned us the #2 spot on the Sunday Times' 2026 Tech 100 list, following our recognition as 2025's fastest-growing startup in the UK by the FT's Sifted, and as fourth in Europe.
Following our Series C, we have secured $100M+ in funding from leading investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, 83North and Lakestar, and are expanding our reach across our team.
Do you want to make an outsized impact, work with exceptional people, and be part of a highly motivated team? Come and join our mission to build the Intelligent Procurement Platform.
This is a net-new role within Vertice. You won't be following a manual — you'll be building the playbook for how clients onboard to Vertice and get to value. You will own the most critical phase of the customer journey: converting a signed contract into active, happy users on our platform.
We are looking for exceptional people who aren't satisfied with conventional career paths, and want to do something more entrepreneurial. This role will provide you with a seat on one of a fast growing rocket ship company, and a pathway into Account Management (strategic commercial and client relationship owner), Procurement (full-stack negotiator with SaaS vendors), Solutions (product and process transformation owner), Client Strategy & Operations, or generalist roles across the business in operations, strategy, data, or GTM.
As the first in this role, your fingerprints will be on the onboarding process as we scale globally. You will mentor future members of the team as it grows.
Build the Blueprint. Design and iterate on our onboarding processes, identifying ways to automate and streamline how we welcome new clients. You'll experiment with AI tooling and new approaches to make this function world-class from day one.
Data Stewardship. Master the collection and structuring of client spend data — uploading contracts, ensuring accuracy, maintaining quality on an ongoing basis. The standard is 99.99% accuracy, same-day. Every inaccurate data point is a trust problem with a real client. You'll work closely with our Data and Procurement teams to ensure zero discrepancies to power our AI insights.
Orchestrate the Journey. Lead the "Success Path" for new customers — managing timelines for technical setup and data migration, coordinating across account managers, solutions consultants, and procurement directors to ensure a seamless Go-Live. Time-to-value is the metric.
Stakeholder Liaison. Act as the central hub between internal teams (Account Management, Solutions, Procurement, Data) and external client stakeholders to unblock documentation hurdles, chase contracts, and keep onboarding moving.
Platform Enablement & Adoption. Lead training sessions for new users — walking procurement teams, finance teams, and IT teams through workflows and making sure people are actually using Vertice. The gap between "the platform is configured" and "people are actually using it" is where client value lives or dies.
Build Visible Trust. Own performance metrics on stack accuracy, time-to-value, and onboarding completion. Report them regularly to the teams that depend on your work. Historically this work has been invisible — you'll make it visible.
After a tour of duty in Client Operations (12–24 months), you'll have deep product knowledge, direct client exposure, operational credibility, and a working understanding of how our entire client organisation fits together. That opens pathways across the business:
