As a Vertice Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving customer retention and commercial growth across a mixed portfolio of customers in the UK. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you'll own renewal strategies, nurture senior stakeholder relationships, and uncover expansion opportunities - all while bringing energy, curiosity, and commercial sharpness to every interaction. You'll be the primary commercial point of contact post-sale, responsible for ensuring customers continue to realize and expand the value of Vertice. Your success will directly influence recurring revenue, net retention, and the strength of our long-term partnerships.
