Are you ready for a new challenge in our Finance team? As Sales Administration Intern, you report directly to the Sales Administration Supervisor and support the team in the following activities:

• Documentary research for forwarding request for issuing Certificate of Origin at CCIAA;
• Support of the management of goods import practices and production of documentation for customs clearance;
• Support in processing procedures relating to the invoicing of raw materials and related to credit notes of simple nature;
• Research and control of Customs Bills;
• Save Customs documents;
• Collect customs documents and send reminders for export proof to freight forwarders/customs.

Do you have these qualifications and skills?

• Good Knowledge of the Office system;
• Good organizational skill and to interact with external entities;
• Availability, flexibility and proactivity.
