As the VP AI and Knowledge Product Marketing, you will serve as a strategic and customer-facing leader who drives the vision, execution, and growth of Teradata's AI and knowledge platform portfolio. You will operate with accountability across strategy, messaging, GTM product ecosystem. You will engage directly with market buyers and enterprise customers to translate buyer needs into product outcomes, ensuring Teradata drives business success and growth in a market that remains competitive.
You will report directly to the SVP Product Marketing. In this role, you will collaborate closely across the organization to align product execution with corporate strategy. + Engineering & AI: Partner with engineering leadership to define technical priorities and ensure products deliver customer value at scale. + Go-to-Market (GTM): Work with sales, marketing, and customer success to align product vision with commercial execution and market adoption. + Product Strategy & Pricing: Lead efforts with pricing, portfolio strategy, and ecosystem/partnership teams to strengthen competitive positioning. You will also engage externally with enterprise customers, partners, and industry influencers, representing Teradata as a thought leader in Autonomous AI and Knowledge platforms, analytics, and AI.
You will bring 15-20 years' experience in Product Marketing in the technology space. You will have an understanding of the AI, Agentic AI, Database Management Systems, Data Warehousing data platforms marketplaces, the companies in it, and the vendors that evaluate/cover the space. You will have a proven track record of managing local teams within an international company. You will have proven track record leading global product management organizations in complex B2B environments. You will have deep technical knowledge of cloud databases, analytics platforms, and AI/ML ecosystems. You will have experience engaging directly with enterprise customers, including in technical and business-level discussions. You will have successful history of competing against or partnering with companies such as Databricks, Google BigQuery, Oracle, Microsoft, Snowflake + Demonstrated success developing pricing strategies, ecosystem partnerships, and GTM enablement.
You will bring strong interpersonal and communications skills working with a US based leadership team and then with a local team of Product Marketers. You will have an aptitude to digest highly technical product details, communicate expectations, inspect results and celebrate successes!
