Experience building automation, diagnostics, and observability tooling in regulated environments. Deep understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP; familiarity with interoperability mandates). Hands-on expertise applying AI/ML in enterprise support, including: ML for anomaly detection, log analysis, and predictive escalation management. Generative AI for guided troubleshooting, documentation, and automated remediation workflows. AI-powered observability/monitoring for proactive error detection and prevention. Knowledge of explainable AI and alignment with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, EU MDR). Exceptional stakeholder management with clear, executive-level communication. Demonstrated ability to translate field learnings into product direction.

Preferred Experience

10+ years of relevant technical experience with 4–5 years in healthcare IT and integrations. Leadership of cloud-native solutions using microservices and Kubernetes. Deep familiarity with EHR workflows, interoperability (HL7/FHIR), clinical reporting, and regulatory submissions. Track record of automation-first engineering and rigorous RCA delivery. Strong background in building observability tooling, error detection, SLO/SLA management, and downtime reduction systems. Experience partnering with customers on EHR modernization, interoperability, and clinical trial data projects. Demonstrated AI/ML leadership embedding predictive and generative AI into observability, automation, and escalation management. Skilled in mentoring and scaling technical teams; building knowledge bases; driving cross-functional improvements. Comfortable operating in Agile, globally distributed delivery environments.
