The Reentry Care Coordination Data Analyst and Administrative Support position provides critical operational and analytical support to the statewide reentry care coordination program. This role is responsible for managing data systems, compiling performance reports, supporting quality improvement efforts, and assisting with scheduling, documentation, and coordination across care teams and partner agencies. The role ensures that program activities are documented, measured, and aligned with state and federal reporting requirements.
