Operations Supervisor

Lead the team. Build what matters. We are hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead our field crews and ensure best-in-class service across a wide variety of service offerings including grease trap pumping, cleaning, replacement & installation, residential & commercial septic and wastewater system maintenance, repair and replacement, storm water system maintenance (Hi-Vac), drain cleaning, and portable toilet rental, delivery, setup, servicing and removal. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage people, keep jobs moving, and make sure work gets done safely, on time, and to spec. You’ll also work closely with other operations leaders & support team members, sales and dispatching/logistics. If you’ve got experience in field-based services, know how to lead a crew, and want a path toward bigger leadership roles, we want to talk.

What You’ll Do

  • Run the day-to-day work for a team of field techs scheduling, coaching, and solving problems in the field
  • Oversee technicians on site making sure they provide quality service, adhere to policies, and put safety first
  • Help manage job costs, materials, and any needed changes during the work
  • Make sure we’re meeting local permitting and inspection requirements
  • Build strong relationships with your crew, customers, and internal support teams
  • Train and develop team members we promote from within, and you’ll help make that happen
  • Support the Operations Manager and be ready to step up when needed

What You Bring

  • 3+ years working in an outdoor/field services industry (environmental services, construction, landscaping, etc.)
  • Experience leading a crew or managing field operations
  • Familiarity with water, sewer, pipeline, or septic system work
  • Good with planning, job costing, and change orders
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team environment
  • Licensed (or willing to become licensed) for septic installation, CDL (class B), heavy equipment operation
  • Strong communication skills
