Provide comprehensive support to the faculty, staff, and students for the departments and programs in the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences in the conduct of their academic and programmatic work. Work with administrators, faculty, staff, and students in the coordination and set up of events, meetings, workshops, and programs including room reservations, outside vendor coordination, IT and space needs, and catering requests. Collaborate with department chairs and department faculty on projects such as ABET accreditation, academic reports, curriculum revisions, website updates, correspondences, and reappointment, promotion, and tenure reviews. Provide support and participate in the delivery of department and college events and the College's faculty recruitments.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Associate degree and one to three years of related experience required. Working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Desirable Qualifications Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials. Experience coordinating events including conferences and workshops.
Anticipated Pay Range $22.00/hour to $25.50 per hour
