Direct Support Professional, Dsp

Join us as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)! DSPs play a pivotal role in helping individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities lead more autonomous lives, pursue their personal interests, and actively participate in their communities. As a DSP, you’ll work closely with clients, providing individualized support and fostering a positive and supportive environment. Previous experience is beneficial but not required, as we provide training. We also offer flexible scheduling options and reimbursements for mileage. Part-time to full-time positions available. Evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing support and guidance in employment settings to help individuals obtain and maintain employment.
2. Advocating for and assisting individuals in developing competent and respectful relationships with family, community, and others.
3. Facilitating valued social roles and relationships, and helping individuals develop natural supports in the community and work sites.
