Bradford, VT | Full-time | Starting at $19/hour with potential for higher pay based on experience

Earn an additional $1/hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts Plus, get $1/hour extra on company-observed holidays, in addition to holiday pay (double pay!) if you work the holiday

What You’ll Do as a DSP:

• Provide compassionate support: Assist residents with daily living activities using trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches.
• Promote community engagement: Encourage participation in group activities and community outings.
• Support goal achievement: Help residents set and reach personal goals for growth and well-being.
• Ensure a safe environment: Maintain a clean, stable, and healing atmosphere.
• Complete documentation: Accurately document care and interventions in compliance with agency standards.

What We Offer:

• Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Hiring Bonus: Up to $1200
• Weekend/Holiday Differential: Additional $1.00/hour
• Paid Training: Comprehensive, on-the-job training

Schedule Details:

• Full-time position available
• 2pm-10:30pm
