Haun Welding Supply is seeking to hire a full time Parts Counter Representative to join our growing team in our Burlington, Vermont Branch. The parts counter representative is responsible for providing the most efficient customer service and technical support to our current and potential customers visiting our retail showroom or calling into the branch. The ideal candidate would also have a Class B CDL license with a HazMat Endorsement. Responsibilities include assisting walk-in and phone-in customers with prompt, respectful service in a friendly and helpful manner, accurately completing customers' orders and branch transfers while maintaining inventory counts, assisting outside sales representatives with customer orders, helping to maintain inventory and display merchandise in an appealing, orderly, and safe manner, and preparing quotes for the sale team. Requirements include a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, a CDL Class B license with HazMat endorsement, excellent verbal communication skills, ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations, and ability to move product on and off store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout branch on a continual basis required.
