Clinical Manager - Adult Intensive Services

Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure program values and direction are aligned with agency mission. The Clinical Manager position offers a combination of direct service, supervision and program management. Master’s degree and clinical license required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and/or group supervision to clinical staff and interns
  • Recruits and onboard new employees
  • Provide clinical training and consultation
  • Ensure program adherence to regulations and compliance
  • Ensure that client satisfaction and outcome data are used to inform decisions
  • Provide approximately 8-12 hours of direct service weekly
  • Rotation in on call supervisor coverage and shift coverage is expected as needed

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Clinical license or VT license eligible
  • Three years of relevant clinical experience, including two years supervising, managing, and leading a team
  • Valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle

Structure:

  • Full time
  • Exempt
  • Starting at $70,321.82. We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
