Client Services Supervisor

The Client Services Supervisor provides training to Client Service Representatives to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, builds strong team dynamics and shapes staff behaviors to accomplish desired results and interactions with customers. Hiring Range $53,000-$60,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and assesses Client Service Representatives' activities and provides them with regular performance related feedback to ensure excellent communication, problem solving, and professional skills.
  • Assists Client Service staff with long term customers and serious issues to ensure customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner.
  • Determines work procedures, work schedules, and workflow in order to encourage maximum efficiency among the customer service staff.
  • Prepares documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence in to provide for future reference purposes.
  • Maintains an in-depth working knowledge of the company's systems and processes to ensure all standards are being met.
  • Monitors business and customer service processes to measure and manage customer service effectiveness.
  • Educates both customer and staff about organization's products or services to provide all information necessary to make informed decisions.
  • Participates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, sales, and services and performs any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and/or abide by our core values.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 years of customer service experience, and a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment and be legally eligible to work in the US. Relevant sales certifications, a bachelor's degree in business or other related field and experience or interest in environmental and/or sustainability field are preferred. Outstanding relationship management skills, and excellent listening, communication and problem-solving skills are required. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic for CRM or similar software systems and related software are expected.
