Capstone Is Seeking A 3e Thermal Operational Coordinator

Position: Capstone is seeking a 3E Thermal Operational Coordinator that will provide essential administrative support as well as operational support for the day-to-day function of the department. They will be responsible for the clerical and organizational tasks that keep the office running effectively and efficiently. The Operational Coordinator holds overall programmatic responsibility for shepherding new and returning participants through our eligibility and intake process, ensuring a smooth transition to the Project Manager. This role will maintain, expand, and strengthen partner and client awareness and utilization, and provide comprehensive administrative and office support to the 3E team. Driving to job sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications: Experience in program administration, preferably in energy efficiency and weatherization. Strong relevant experience may be considered. Experience working with vulnerable populations with sensitivity to the challenges and barriers faced. Experience in outreach and networking preferred.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel; ability to learn and utilize various databases and software, as required.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, promote a positive work culture, and leverage the strengths of each team member, supporting inclusive and diverse teams with different levels of experience and expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and as a respectful and constructive team member.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and manage time to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Ability to communicate clearly through written reports, communications, and presentations, adapting and adjusting the communication as appropriate for the situation.

  • Reliable and insured vehicles with a valid drivers license, with the ability to pass a driving record check.

Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week position, located in our Duxbury VT office. Pay ranges between $55,000-$62,000, based on experience and education level.
