Join the Vermont Department of Health's (VDH) Colorectal Cancer Screening Program team! The Colorectal Cancer Screening Program Manager will oversee the planning and implementation of statewide initiatives aimed at increasing colorectal cancer screening rates. This role involves collaboration with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote early detection and prevention of colorectal cancer. Key responsibilities include managing program budgets and grants to ensure efficient use of resources; collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on program outcomes; conducting outreach and education activities to raise awareness about the importance of colorectal cancer screening; providing leadership and guidance to program staff and partners. Grant management skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for improving the health and well-being of all Vermonters are useful attributes for this position. This position is funded by a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This is a hybrid position that will be based in Waterbury, VT.
